PD3 Services or www.urshare.com are not liable for any non – performance of a participant within our programme, or for any damages incurred as a result of shopping with any participant. When using our programme the recipient is agreeing to be bound by this condition.

Keep your card in a safe place; make sure you have signed it.

Lost or stolen cards: unfortunately due the potential for fraud we cannot issue a replacement card. You must re register for a new membership. Your new card membership will commence on the date of activation for a further 12 months.

This card remains the property of the issuer.

This is not a credit or cheque guarantee card

The card is non – transferable and is personalised to you.

The card and access to the discounts at all participating Retailers within the directory will only be available to the person who has applied for membership. It is illegal for others to use your card.
